As a general rule, we don't want you to return your yarn - we want you to love it! We try to be very thorough in our listings, so you know what you are ordering.
If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us with any concerns you may have within 7 days of receiving it. We are more than willing to discuss any issues you have. Returns will be considered on a case-to-case basis.
That said, we will NOT accept any returns if the yarn is not in resalable condition. It must return to us as carefully as it was sent to you - sealed in a clear bag and placed in an envelope. If we are able to accept the return, we will refund the price of the yarn only. Returns will be at the expense of the buyer and MUST include a tracking number.
An order may be cancelled if you contact us prior to it being shipped. If you feel you have to cancel your order for whatever reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We are able to give you a full refund less a 4% fee which covers any expenses we incurred for your transaction.
