Regular shipping times are 6-10 business days from the order date.
IMPORTANT - COMBINING ORDERS
Each order will have a shipping fee added. Unfortunately, we can no longer combine orders for a flat rate. However, if you have multiple unshipped orders with us, we may choose to ship them altogether. If we do, we will refund any shipping overages over $5.00 CDN.
** Please confirm that your address is correct in the checkout. Any packages returned due to an incorrect address will be resent at buyers expense, as well as the cost of the return shipping to us.

CANADIAN BUYERS
• 1 or 2 Skeins - Your yarn can be shipped to you in a vacuum sealed bag through Canada Post Lettermail. It will be untracked and will ship for $8.00 CDN.*
*Please note that Yarn Winding will remove this option as wound skeins must be shipped as a parcel.
• 3+ Skeins &/ Skeins Wound Into Cakes - Your yarn will be shipped through Canada Post, UPS or Purolator. It will include a tracking number and will ship for $18.00 CDN.
• FREE SHIPPING on orders of $300 or more (in a single order only - no combining orders). Your yarn will be sent as an Expedited parcel, which will include a tracking number.
Delivery from Shipping Date: 1-3 weeks for vacuum sealed Lettermail / 1 week (or less) for tracked packages.

US SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE, HOWEVER YOUR ORDER IS NOW SUBJECT TO A 35% TARIFF FEE DUE TO THE US TARIFF POLICIES. THESE FEES HAVE BEEN CALCULATED INTO OUR SHIPPING PRICES TO KEEP CHECKOUT AND DELIVERY SIMPLE.

INTERNATIONAL:
International shipping is available! If you do not see your country, please just ask! We can set it up for you to see the rates.
International shipping rates are automatically generated in the shopping cart, based on actual Canada Post prices. It changes as your cart changes. We have left a few options for you to choose from. PLEASE read each one about shipping estimates.
We personally DO NOT recommend choosing International Surface, although that is the most economical option. Surface shipping can & does take anywhere between 4 to 12 weeks to arrive. If you are not in a rush, this could be a good option, but we really recommend choosing the next option of International Air.
